What is the Reservation Procedure?
- Contact us with your requested dates, facilities, and retreat needs.
- We will hold your requested dates on a verbal booking for 15 days. You will receive an email with a rental agreement along with our clean-up guidelines.
- Send your agreement and a deposit within 15 days to confirm your reservation.
Can I schedule a tour?
YES! In fact, we prefer you tour our campus and facilities before reserving! PLFC is a beautiful place to have a retreat, gathering, or family reunion. Photos and words cannot fully convey our facilities and grounds. We invite you to come visit us for a personal tour of our grounds & assist you in planning your event.
What is your standard check in and check out times?
DAY GROUPS:
- Arrival: 8:00am
- Departure: 8:00pm
OVERNIGHT GROUPS:
- Arrival: 3:00p[m
- Departure: 11:00am

What activities may be shared in case of simultaneous reservations?
- Hiking trails
- Tree house
- Swamp Trail
- Playground
- Basketball
- Volleyball court
- Swimming – no lifeguard on duty, shallow-end swimming only. Deep-end swimming ONLY if the group provides BOTH certified lifeguard documentation to staff & supervision to swimmers
- Disc golf
- Fishing
- Nine square in the air
- Island/Campfire
What activities are not included or are facilitated by PLFC?
- BOATING - Small flat fee for entire rental period ~ includes 3 paddleboats, 5 kayaks, 3 canoes, and all life jackets.
- A lifeguard or adult, 21 or older, must be present and supervising all boating activities. Everyone must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejacket, properly fastened. See additional rules posted at dock.
- *HATCHET THROWING
- *ZIP LINE - Hidden among the hills in a remote corner of camp, this Pine Lake favorite offers a fast, breezy ride through the tree tops. Best for ages 10+ – Minimum group of 10 or more for up to 2 hours
- *CHALLENGE COURSE - Best for ages 8+ – Minimum group of 10 or more for up to 2 hours
- PLFC’s low ropes (challenge) course consists of 15 elements designed for outdoor personal development and team building. The low ropes course consists of a series of real and imaginary obstacles/elements designed to challenge groups and individuals to work together to accomplish a task.
Activities that are facilitated by PLFC staff must be scheduled in advance and are subject to staff availability.
